Built in 1910, the legendary Silver Horseshoe Inn is a historical landmark in St. Anthony Idaho. St. Anthony was once referred to as the Little Chicago, because of its ties to the Chicago Mafia. The tunnels beneath the city were rumored to house a secret gambling operation and hideout for the mafia members. It also served bootleggers during prohibition.
